Singing is balancing muscles and air; aligning, connecting and freeing our body and breath. Your voice is the instrument you carry with you all the time and using it can have huge benefits for your mind, body and spirit.

This session is for everyone - whether you have sung before or not, I will help you find the confidence to explore, connect and find your sound.

Sound Bath

Join me and sink into the harmonies, feel good frequencies and sounds as I create a Sound Bath for you.

Why a sound bath?

Sound is experienced not just through the ears, but through our entire being. When we tune into different sounds, harmonies and frequencies, we tap into the healing properties of their vibrations.

These vibrations guide our minds into deeper states of relaxation (Alpha, Theta) and our bodies into a rest and digest state. In this way, we are able to rebalance, revive and find deeper relaxation, clearing blockages, seeing and releasing what is no longer serving us, and make space for the new.
